Dr. Gloria Luong
Dr. Gloria Luong is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered dentistry in Torrance, CA. As the lead dentist at South Bay Dental Loft, she combines advanced clinical training with a gentle, thoughtful approach to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
With extensive experience in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Luong provides comprehensive dental care tailored to each individual’s goals and long-term oral health. She believes that great dentistry begins with listening, education, and clear communication, ensuring every patient feels informed and comfortable throughout their treatment.
Dr. Luong is dedicated to continuing education and advanced technology, allowing her to offer modern solutions such as dental implants, cosmetic smile enhancements, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Victoria Chen (Oral Surgeon)

Dr. Victoria Chen attended dental school at UCLA School of Dentistry, and continued at UCLA to specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. With her in-depth knowledge and calming presence, Dr. Chen creates an environment where patients feel informed and at ease going into surgery at South Bay Dental Loft.
Dr. Chen brings a combination of dental and medical training to the office. Her surgical background spans from complex wisdom tooth extractions and bone grafting procedures to dental implant placement and sinus augmentations. She continues to perform more complex facial surgeries, including orthognathic (jaw-repositioning), obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgeries, maintaining the same level of precision for both routine and complex surgeries.
Her arrival means South Bay Dental Loft patients no longer need to be referred to other practices for many oral surgery needs. Dr. Chen provides advanced surgical care in the same comfortable setting patients already know.
Outside the office, Dr. Chen can usually be found biking around LA, exploring the local food scene, or reading books. She lives with her partner and their dog, Poppi, in West LA.
Dr. Hamilton Le (Prosthodontist)
A native of Southern California, Dr. Hamilton H. Le was raised in Moorpark, on the southern border of Ventura County. After graduating from UC Berkeley, he spent several years in Boston, Massachusetts, earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine and a certificate of advanced prosthodontic training from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Immediately following his prosthodontic training, Dr. Hamilton was granted Diplomate status by the American Board of Prosthodontics. He then returned to Southern California to begin his career, where he enjoys all phases of dentistry, with a focus on multidisciplinary treatment planning for patients requiring removable, fixed, and implant prosthodontics.
Dr. Hamilton is co-founder of the Southbay Marina Study Club and serves as a Prosthodontic consultant for a local Spear dental study club. From 2013–2015 he was President of the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) California Section, and he currently chairs the ACP Private Practice Committee. In 2014, he was inducted as a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an international honorary dental organization.
Dr. Hamilton is committed to open communication, keeping patients informed and involved as members of the treatment team. Applying the latest developments in dentistry and prosthodontics, he works with patients to plan and engineer treatment that supports their oral health, function, and esthetics.
